The Team

Jon Aguirre is the President of P&J Pro Services. He leads federal construction support operations, including project management, site safety coordination, quality control support, and field staffing.

A United States Marine Corps veteran and former Sergeant, Jon brings disciplined leadership, clear communication, and experience guiding teams in high-pressure environments. He applies that operational background to federal project planning, workforce coordination, documentation, safety expectations, and closeout requirements.

P&J’s team is OSHA-30 Construction certified, OSHA-10 certified, and trained in Construction Quality Management (CQM) through USACE and NAVFAC.
